Today's customer service hours are 2-4 & 8-11pm EST. Why?

At Tilit I take our customer service seriously and that means no outsourcing and no random call centers. Just people that know chef goods. But for now we are a small company, and when I say small, I mean 1 dude working two jobs! So I will post each morning what the customer service hours will be.
